•American Silver Eagles may take up to 20 business days to ship.
•All items are securely packed and shipped via insured delivery.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use secure and reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely:
•USPS Registered Mail / Priority Mail
•UPS / FedEx (Insured)
•Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value orders to ensure secure delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
•Standard Shipping: $5.99, Free for orders over $99
•Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Full Insurance & Security
•100% Insured: Every package we ship is fully insured for its full replacement value through a third-party insurance provider.
•Discreet Packaging: To prevent theft, all items are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging that does not indicate the contents inside.
•Signature Required: For your protection, all orders over $150 require an adult signature upon delivery.
5. Order Tracking
•When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
•In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at [support@isuperservice.com].
•We will initiate a claim with the insurance carrier. Please note that claims may require your cooperation in providing a signed statement or photos of the damaged packaging.
7. International Shipping
•Currently, we only ship within the United States.
8. Address Accuracy
•Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
